METHOD ONE

Click to start the computer. Go to the windows start button and click to open. In search box type RUN and press enter button. Then open a search box, in this search box type firewall.cpl and press enter button. Then open windows firewall setting. Then click on windows firewall on or off. And in private network setting turn off the windows firewall. Close the tab. Restart the computer.

METHOD TWO

Click to start the computer. Search the control panel in windows start menu bar and click to open it. Search install or uninstall a programs button and click ok to open it, look and search the unknown or crash programs, right click on it and uninstalled it on your computer. Follow the instruction. After the un installation the programs close the tab and restart your computer.

METHOD THREE

Click to start the computer. Go to the windows start button and click to open it. In search box type sysdm.cpl and press enter button then click to open it. Open the hardware tab into the system properties appear box. Then search device manager and click to open it. Then double click on the device type then press on hardware device. Go to the driver tab and press on uninstall button to uninstall the device drive completely.  Install the new driver on your computer. Reboot your computer.
